WildHearts in Action
WildHearts is a multi-faceted charitable organisation that aims to raise money to provide micro-loans to men and women in the third world. So, how do they do this? Rather than running a charity where funds are finite and need to be bolstered several times a year, WildHearts generates income selling office stationary and equipment. They match competitors on price so they're highly competitive. WildHearts use the profit they make to fund micro-loans in the developing world helping men and women in places as far reaching as Nicaragua and Brazil. They help those businesses develop and all the loans are repaid to be passed back to other clients further down the line.
Another aspect of the work has been the founding of Micro-Tyco competitions and training both in schools and businesses across the UK. Starting with £1 teams of pupils or staff are encouraged to see how much money they can make. Some of the results are truly staggering.
We're honoured to be working with WildHearts on a series of projects. We're helping them create printed collateral so they can go out to new business and sell the principles of Micro-Tyco. We're also designed the brochure for their annual Global Entrepreneurial Leaders (GEL) conference.
"One of my favourite things about working with the Offshoot Design Team is that not only is their work consistently true to brief but they deliver it in such a 'no nonsense' business like manner. Simply stated, they are a delight to work with and make my life easy."
